Dricon Treatment

DRICON is a commercially proven, global brand fire retardant treatment available in the UK for internal timber and plywood.

DRICON is backed by extensive independent fire certification and more than 30 years of fire performance experience.

The ingredients in DRICON fire retardant treated timber and panel products dramatically reduce the rate of fire growth and heat and smoke release during a fire, allowing the time needed to safely evacuate a burning building.

DRICON is an INT2 humidity resistant fire treatment that remains very stable in the treated timber even in high humidity environments. When used internally DRICON requires no maintenance throughout the life of the build.

A wide range of timber and plywood species can be treated to either Euroclass B or C as defined within EN 13501-1 to provide Building Regulation compliance to meet project requirements.
